Before the project began, the site was implemented on a special widget that did not allow for SEO optimization, proper setup of contextual advertising and analytics, implementation of payment on the site, or content management through the admin panel, and the site's usability required improvements. This formed the basis of the specifications for the development of the new site

A thorough analysis of the situation and possible solutions was conducted, as well as the search for suitable developers. The main challenge was to «make» Open Cart accept and correctly process data, translate it into a «comprehensible language» for iiko, and iiko, in turn, to correctly receive this data. Essentially, a «communicator» for interaction was specially developed. It is this development and setup that took about 90% of the programmers' time. Almost all modules are written individually for working with iiko since «ready-made solutions» to some extent disrupted the entire system, causing malfunctions. Separate mechanisms for displaying modal windows were written, and a language linkage mechanism was created for the correct functioning of different language versions of the site
