We thoroughly examined the market situation, global and industry trends, analyzed the target audience (TA), competitors, and of course, the client company, its services, and unique features, essentially delving into the «inner workings». Beyond this foundational material, we also focused on competitors' social media accounts, their tone of voice (ToV), informational load, and visual elements.
