In simple terms, what is strategy


Strategy. It's probably a word that often perplexes small business owners.

What strategy? I don't have time – I'm constantly loaded with urgent tasks.
It's expensive! Only big companies can afford it.

But there’s a reason why large businesses always use this tool. Without a strategy and its implementation, a company may not achieve the sales growth that small business entrepreneurs chase while buried in operational tasks.
