Of course, clients come to us because they want to increase sales of their goods and services. They see solutions in the technical plane - a better website, its optimization (SEO), advertising (PPC, targeting), promotion in social networks (SMM) and so on, and, accordingly, in the hiring of specialized specialists

 

We see the solution in something else. Namely: in a qualitative understanding of the situation, including market analysis, customers, competitors, segmentation, understanding the real customer "pain" and its solution, finding the best channels and tools for communication and sales. Then - writing a marketing strategy, including the development of positioning, unique selling advantages (USP), key messages, corporate identity and others, and only then - in the qualitative realization of this strategy and client objectives

The first one is educational: clients often do not know, and sometimes do not want to know about the importance of an integrated marketing approach. Therefore, we try to inform them about it and share the knowledge

 

The second is financial: small businesses are limited in financial resources. Accordingly, we give our clients a package of integrated marketing services on outsourcing
