2.2. Developed accounts for administrators, managers, and the sales department head:

statistics with filters based on partner account data, as well as by segments, regions, finances, etc.

2.3. Developed an online price list, available after authorization and synchronized with CRM (1C), displaying:

  • a list of current items available for sale
  • up-to-date prices based on the partner's segment
  • a personalized list of coffee categories for each partner based on purchase history
  • ability to download a PDF price list with applied filters

3. Platform Integrations:

implemented on the ModX Revolution platform to showcase the company's achievements and capabilities, featuring:

Integration with the client's 1C for synchronization of historical and new orders, clients, price list items, partners, legal entities, segments, financial relationships, product categories, and real-time data exchange between CRM and 1C.

Automated electronic document management via Vchasno and/or M.E.Doc systems for every order.

Notification system based on a Telegram bot for orders, documents, other important events, and quick communication with managers.

The platform underwent an audit and independent assessment by the client's leading business consultant and received highly positive feedback for its quality, functionality, and reliability.

4. Developed a mini online store

For corporate merch with integration with a charitable foundation's website – this means that the purchase price of the company's merch is automatically transferred as a charitable donation.
